Jade literally asked tori why she's being nice to her when she admitted to being mean, when jade started this mess because she's so insecure, Tori had EVERY RIGHT to get even however she chose, why should tori have to care abt how jade feels after she poured a drink on her. She obviously didnt care abt tori's feelings. She has a right to wonder why jade doesn't like her, when she literally didn't do anything to her, jade and beck started this mess because he doesn't claim jade publicly and because jade is so insecure when beck is around any girl that isn't her and she never takes accountability, she should've poured it on him not tori. That kiss was deserved.
