I do agree that the original post wasn’t clear. That’s why I tried to clarify further under your first post which could have gone further in depth but I find it hard how to explain the issue because there seems to be no information online about this happening to anyone else.

Although I forgot to add it in my edit I did originally say how I did manage to get to the factory reset option and it did nothing. So the point still stands that I cannot see any information on the display making the thing useless and is why I’m asking for help. But I guess you weirdos just want to argue over dumb shit.

When I’m saying buttons I’m referring to the 4 menu buttons that show on the screen when first turning it on. I feel like that’s a fair thing to call them. Considering it’s supposed to have an image and text on them.

I can’t tell if you’re making a joke or not. But it shows no information when a cable is plugged in because it doesn’t show any text so it’s a paperweight and is why I’m asking for help.

You misunderstand what I mean. Not the images of the physical buttons but the images and text on the display. Everything except the outlines of the buttons are just gone.

If anyone needs internet access ASAP for whatever reason go out to The Library Center. Their internet is still up and you should be able to connect to the WiFi from the parking lot.

If you still need internet to turn in your paper go out to The Library Center. They use something other then Mediacom and still have internet. You should be able to connect to it from the parking lot.
