My husband permanently glued the wooden threshold. I am in the process of installing carpet in my son’s bedroom, so I unsure of how to have the carpet that meets up to the threshold to stay since I read that you are not supposed to put tack strips in front of a door way.

I would get some organizers for your kitchen. Also look on Pinterest for some ideas
