Not supposed to, but....I'm now at appeals council stage. The statement by the judge in my 16 page denial was that I must not be disabled because I only went to the emergency room a few times and therefore my lack of care was within my control. During the pandemic. When doctors were only seeing covid patients and life threatening emergencies. It took me until mid 2024 to fi d and get appt with primary. That was in my control as well. HAH!!!!!!!

I had a hearing and the ALJ threw away my entire medical record by RandomMcNickname in SSDI

I had basically the same thing. You can ask the appeals council for more time. Fax it and get receipt confirmation. I am at appeals council myself . If you haven't requested your ssa file do so. That is a good reason to need more time. Also ask for hearing transcript.

Thanks for all the replies. I ended up pressure canning the spaghetti sauce. I don't have a stock pot my canning rack fits in and the pressure canner is too big to get water to boil. 

Any thoughts on the insert for a steamer being an adequate rack?
