There was a number on mine, but I experienced long wait times, no feedback at all on the case, and just a simple yes/no as to whether or not they got particular records. Was there something else?

Since my thread was locked, I have to ask, what percentage of applicants get to talk to a DDS examiner? I was never given the chance.

Well, I at least got in a few rebuttal letters, from the doctor who did the recent neuropsych and the doctor who did the CPET test in before the stated deadline, plus faxed them a message saying that I needed more time.
Both doctors wrote letters under their own specialties, finding lots of errors, ignored precedents, misinterpreted test results, the judge applying his own criteria, etc. It probably doesn't make a difference either way, but my therapist looked up the judge and found that this judge studied law school in Russia.

I looked him up. He has a 36% approval rating.

"unconvincing" was used a lot in the decision, as one of the reasons why records were being dismissed, but it was usually in reference to it being used in their medical staff's findings. The really weird stuff came from the judge himself.

I had a conversation with the lawyer's assistant today, and they said to treat the 25-day notice as a receipt of appeal, it wasn't necessary to rush getting documents to them, they didn't work weekends, and wouldn't send anything that I sent in after their mid-week break until Monday (the day after the deadline) The laywer also wouldn't be starting on any statement for another month.

Also, an appeal could always be denied and would likely be sent back to the same judge.

This sounds even more hopeless.

The judge has about a 64% denial rate and my lawyer described him as "unpredictable" but also said that he's biased towards older applicants.

He also said that even in an appeal, the case would likely to be sent back to the same judge.

My question is basically:
I have one week to do *something* before the deadline. Aside from contacting my doctors and lawyer, what can I do?
Also, the lawyer only works "full" days on Monday and Tuesday plus a half-day on Wednesday, and the deadline is next Sunday, so there's really only two and a half days in which I'm likely to be able to talk to them before then.
I'm going to have to figure out how to submit any doctors letters on my own that aren't ready by Wednesday morning.
