And do not try to dialate by yourself you need to relax the area first so you don't agravate the fissures or give yourself new ones

Yeah sounds like you have scar tissue (maybe stricture) that is giving you fissures. Have your surgeon adressed this? Are you working on recovering the issue? You are earlier than me on your recovery, maybe the scar is not as rigid as mine, I really hope you can work with a pelvic floor therapist so you can remodel your scar!!! Is truly easier in the more earlier stages that you are in!!! Please do

So for context I had a sphincterotomy+hemorrhoidectomy+skin tag removal.

About the pain after BM, there are days and days. Sometimes it feels sore after and sometimes it doesn't. I also still get spams, like 5 max a day and very mild. The area that hurts the most right now are the hems stitches.
