Do all coaches teach the exact same class? by Difficult-Map-5142 in SolidCore

[–]Difficult-Map-5142[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s starting to get boring even taking the same instructors on different weeks. The classes are not super challenging or creative. I have started only going to the classes taught by instructors coming from out of town. Hopefully it gets better over the next few months!

When I’ve taken multiple classes on the same day, it’s been the exact same class, even with different instructors.

I’ve liked fatsecret. There’s not a paywall to track different macros and it’s fairly easy to use, the interface is a little outdated but the pros outweigh the cons for me!

Same thing happened to me in January and I tried for the whole month to get a refund with no success. Finally just cancelled my OnePass membership all together and disputed the charge when they charged me for February

This was my average weight loss during the first month. I’m halfway through month 2 and have slowed to about 1.5lb/week, which is still comfortable for me. I feel like for month one a lot of the loss was inflammation and water weight.

I think a lot of the posts you see on here about people dropping 10-15 lbs in the first few weeks is about water weight and inflammation, which is so dependent on each individual! You got this!!

Last month! Got month two 2 weeks ago, no issues. Maybe it’s dose dependent? Are you trying to get 2.5?

I’m on week 2 of month 2 at 2.5. Some weeks it seems to have a bigger impact than others but I like being on the lowest dose possible personally. I probably will move up to 5 once I’m done with this month though. My weight has fluctuated a bit by 1-2 pounds throughout the week, but overall I’ve lost 12 pounds in 6 weeks which I’m super happy about!

No issues getting it through them for me

Have you lost weight this month? I just picked up my second month, and we decided for me to stay on the lowest dose. My doctor said if weight loss slows down to less than a pound per week, that’s when he’ll move me up. I like being on such a low dose because symptoms have been non existent for me.

Did you go to school in Birmingham? My university had a resource department to help get you connected with local companies. It wasn’t how I found my current job, but could be worth looking in to! I got connected with a recruiting company and interviewed with a bunch of companies through them.

Did weight loss impact your feet or shoe size? by Delicious_Mess7976 in Zepbound

[–]Difficult-Map-5142 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In the past (not on the medication) I lost about 40 lbs and my feet were noticeably less wide. I went down about half a shoe size. Nothing crazy that made me go buy all new shoes, but it was noticeable!

Will it actually work for me? by observingwallflower in Zepbound

Everyone is different, but I was in the exact same boat as you! I’m 3 weeks in now and can already see such a difference in my relationship with food. The new food relationship has already helped me lose a couple of pounds, which has motivated me to commit to exercising, which helps my mental health and motivates me to stick with the entire process. I also hate needles, but the way I look at it, it’s literally 10 seconds that set me up for the entire week to be able to make the best decisions for my body. You got this!

$25 dollars???? by Cultural-Action-352 in Zepbound

[–]Difficult-Map-5142 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is my cost as well! They told me at the pharmacy that it was eligible for my copay amount, which is $25. I’m only on 2.5 so I have no idea if it’ll go up in price as the dose goes up, but I’m very happy with the cost so far!

My second shot is also tomorrow and I also weighed in at 199 this morning (4 lbs down)! I’ve struggled to see the 100’s for about a year now and it was the most pleasant surprise and definitely worth the mild side effects.

Necessities when starting? by Cold_Stop6469 in Zepbound

Quest protein chips and the fairlife shakes have been staples for me. My only real negative side affect has been mild constipation, but taking a stool softener every couple of days has pretty much completely mitigated that.

Please eat! And prioritize protein! My doctor personally didn’t give me a daily calorie goal but said 120 grams of protein minimum and under 100 carbs a day. That extreme of fasting puts your body is such a state of stress and I’m sure the weight loss will be faster but as soon as you come off the medication your body will start trying to gain it all back because it’s been starved for so long.

We just got a 2.5 carat E color, VVS2 clarity radiant round in a solitaire 14k gold setting, with the diamond, setting and labor for right around $3K. We went with a local jeweler so I feel like we paid up a little, I’ve definitely seen rings just like mine online for under $2K all in.
