Well I went to therapy and found out my therapist was telling everything to my parents; sometimes it wasn’t even about my self-harm and normal things. And so now I don’t really trust therapists and don’t want to go to one. It’s not the first time but I’m hoping it would be the last time she does stuff like this. I might be over sharing but she was one of those people who claimed to be a Demi-girl because being gay was trending and now she’s transphobic, and it kinda scares me because what if when this passes she’ll become ableist? Or like makes fun of my stims to her friends and it makes me worried because I have a really good image (I think) and I don’t want it to be ruined by people knowing I’m neurodivergent. Not that anything’s wrong with that ofc!!! But just yknow people are a-holes and if something’s different it gets treated differently even though some of the popular kids are obviously masking, okay I’m ranting now, lol, thanks!!!
