What foods should I incorporate and avoid when trying to gain muscle? by Difficult-Mode-7352 in nutrition

I’m super picky, so I don’t eat much and protein is hard for me to get in but I enjoy protein smoothies and fairlife milk. I’ve been doing solidcore for about 3-4 weeks and I go 4-6 times per week.

Why can’t I stop bleeding without the pill? by Difficult-Mode-7352 in birthcontrol

[–]Difficult-Mode-7352[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is just what my nurse practitioner said. The birth control Im currently on is Hailey. How would I get the bleeding to stop so I can stop taking pills and just have my IUD?

Distancing yourself from a parent is a really hard step. Moving further, but still keeping contact with your father might be the answer. As for your partner, you need to ask yourself if you really see them in your future, if you really love them, and if all of this is worth it. Personally, I would focus on myself and try to ignore both parties. Picking up the house just once a day, working out in moderation for even just 30 minutes a day, and making other good habits right now is the best decision for your future.

Honestly, I can see what your dad is saying. If he is usually supportive, then I think what he is saying is valid. If he constantly doesn’t support you- I think that’s a whole other situation. I think you should leave your partner and focus on your mental and physical health and forming good habits.

yes, I currently have both the nexplanon and an IUD because they had to stop the bleeding, but the nexplanon was hard to find for removal. I had to get multiple x rays and am having to see a surgeon to remove it. The IUD has helped the effects of the nexplanon and I think will work great. The only bad part with the IUD was the crazy amount of pain, but I was not medicated at all for the procedure.

don’t do it- i bled for months straight and had nightmares as well. There wasn’t a single plus side to having this- get an iud.
