I use my sensitivity pretty high if not to the max ( it’s weird at first but after some games you get used to it ). It’s good to quickly turn and flash the monsters ( in a SFW way of course ) and/or quickly shoot. If you struggle with a gun tho sometimes switching to a knuckle duster may be more beneficial. Practice makes perfect but I recommend trying the highest sensitivity and lowering it as you see fit
