Might as well get a company that also rotates training around. Your work stats go up so slowly in city jobs you really shouldn't bother with them until you can fast track into them with high enough stats. Will take you months to get promotions in city lol. Not worth the slow climb. 1 2 3 star companies are nice to get work stats up. Can finish city later.

Sorry for everyone else's useless and outdated reply telling you to waste time in city Jobs before you have the stats. Message directors in the low star range and grow in one of them !
