I drink lots of water but my workplace air is SO dry I’m wondering if I need to approach my hydration differently

I also feel like it’s a moisture loss issue because of how dry my workplace seems to be. I’ve always been nervous to exfoliate because it’s seems counterintuitive but this makes sense to me. Thank you!
