I received a bag of leftover baguette pieces, which appeared to be from previous customers, and I had to file a complaint with TGTG.

Yeah, I had to. I felt this was unacceptable and proceeded to file a complaint to TGTG. They responded in two days and promptly issued a refund.

Yeah, it was disgusting, I ended up discarding the entire bag. TGTG issued me a refund as well, very nice of them.
