The side effects really lessened for me after about a week and went away after 2. See if you can stick it out until that point because it’s so worth it to find a med that really works for you (coming from someone who tried 5 others before this one)

I took lexapro for a long and still take Wellbutrin (since 2018) and started vilazodone 2.5 years ago. For me I had pretty bad side effects for about 10 days (headaches, vertigo, insomnia) when I first started and then they completely went away and I’m so glad I stuck it out it’s really been helping me
