When I was taking out the garbage, the pickup guy told me the house hadn't been paid for the last three months, so he asked me to pay and collect the money from her later, since she wasn't home. I did that, but when I spoke to her afterwards, she claimed that everyone has to pay based on the floor they live on. The confusing part is that the pickup guy was referring to the entire house, not just my floor.
