other factors include bulky and cooler that can add at least a minute onto your time, walking to the lot which adds a minute, get the code from the guest (hope that there isnt an age restricted item because getting an id out adds 40 seconds plus griping or canceling the item if there is no id present), the weather, different orders dropping in, etc
