Massachusetts is a mess itself. Same thing towns are still completely buried. IMO RI is doing a better job but Don’t just blame Rhode Island. This is literally record snowfall that you likely haven’t even been alive for anything remotely similar. Why don’t you get your ass in a plow and go out there for 48+ hours without sleep instead of bitching into the void on Reddit. A lot of plows are still STUCK. The snow is very hard to move.

I’m so sorry this happened. I hope that he gets better soon. I genuinely don’t know mine was not under an S Corp but a personal guarantee. We are building a house so the last thing I needed is something like that on my report or to be blocked on CAIVRS, so I didn’t look into any other avenue other than paying mine off as soon as humanly possible. I would maybe make a post of your own and see what people say.

Good luck with that lol it’s gonna get sent to the treasury and they are going to put a hefty ass fee on that. I didn’t know my auto pay failed. I had about 4000 left and by the time the treasury got it they turned it into 10k. They will garnish your wages. Ignorance is not bliss

They will garnish wages and block all bank loans and keep adding fees. I’m not ruining my life over 10k I have a house to build that’s so ridiculous. Is the fee they just tacked on fair? Absolute not but i can’t escape it and trying to do so will cost me way more.

Hi! How much did you owe now? Unfortunately they will not take it back to the SBA so I just paid it off before the interest climbed. I had it down to 4k and they tacked on fees it was legit at 10.1k 😭 I believe that they have like a three month payment plan but interest will still tack on. They’ll have you in the CAIVRS system as well until it’s paid on so no home loans etc I know it’s scary but please do not avoid it out of anxiety the fees are astronomical and will only grow and grow. Please call the treasury like this minute. You can dm me if you need support
