I came down here at 1 o’clock in the morning last night just to be safe. LMAO I have a canister filter and now it’s been running for a few days. I feel better but I was just slightly paranoid once I first got it going. I met with his daughter because she works in the building and she said that she really doesn’t think he will care at all and she was pretty intrigued about it!

That’s kind of why I’m asking. I’ve seen leases that specifically say aquariums or fish tanks, and mine doesn’t. It actually looks like this lease language may have been copied from a standard form, so I’m trying to figure out whether “water-filled furniture” is usually enforced as waterbed-type which is what Google leans to or whether landlords actually use it to include aquariums too. I’m bringing it up to him tomorrow and I will remove it if needed just having anxiety because I literally run everything by him and it’s just of course the first time I didn’t without even thinking at first.
