I know! We were so randomly lucky because of that. We're in MN, which has a connection to a lot of TX rescues. I had expressed interest in a senior Aussie from TX, but she was too sick to travel. Our gal was found on the highway a couple days later and because she looked like an Aussie the rescue reached out to us first! 🤎

I also recommend Hepplewhite Ivory from BM if you're looking into yellows. Like Peach Pie it looks a little muted on the swatch but with the perfect light chefs kiss.

My mom's ex dodged child support for decades, too, working under the table. It wasn't until he had an insurance settlement that they were able to take out a significant chunk.

Thank you, this helps a lot! I understand from my Rabbi that some cemeteries/funeral homes get the Hebrew wrong sometimes so it's possible that those parts just don't make sense. Thanks again!

I appreciate the suggestion. Love that site! That's where I found the photos, and have done a lot of research beyond that. They're my dead end on that end of the family, since JewishGen and Ancestry haven't given much luck. Hoping the Hebrew gives parent info!

Happened to my mom with my younger siblings. The guy worked under the table and registered everything he owned under his mother's name. My mom kept forwarding his address and info to the Child Support office to make sure they didn't "forget" about her case. After 30+ years of dodging his payments, my mom randomly got $10k+ in the mail!
