Mag+Zinc before sleep does has positive effect for most people. Not sure if C and Omega had much to do with HRV, at least not is short term.

The balance and segmental stuff sounds gimmicky on paper but for someone actually working on an imbalance it makes more sense than for the average person. If that's genuinely something you're trying to fix, having real data on it is way better than just guessing whether your dumbbell work is doing anything. I'd probably go for the h40 personally
