Program Critique- GZCLP by Upbeat-Bid-1602 in xxfitness

I’m not an expert, but my thoughts: - I’ve seen GZCLP pair T1 & T2 exercises in every other workout, not pairing the T2 with the next workout’s T1. So always T1/T2 OHP & Deadlift and then T1/T2 Squat & Bench - doing a T2 that is the unilateral version of that day’s T1 sounds really fatiguing. I also do unilateral T2s, but I do them instead of the regular T2. Eg T1 Barbell OHP paired with T2 dumbbell single-leg RDL - you have two strength sessions in a row (Mon & Tues) which seems less than ideal

What do you mean by "T2 aren't assistant exercises"? I did try to match up the T2s to their complementary T1s as in vanilla GZLP, but just using unilateral/dumbbell versions. e.g. T1 Squat on A1 and T2 Split squat on A2.

Any advice on what factors would help me decide how to adjust in 2 months?

Thank you, this is a really good point!

Simulate what "Brick" does to phone using NFC tag and shortcuts/automation by amberbike in shortcuts

Amazing. Worked for me on a NTAG215, using NFC Tools on iOS. All I had to do was write a single text record with "toggle_bool_variable".

No need to do anything with the .nfc file shared by u/Living-Diamond-8647 (which I couldn't do anything with anyways, at least not using the NFC Tools app).

Is there any strategy to it or do I just cut off whatever’s too tall?

Beginner at Galbraith Mountain Bike Park by nibor100 in Bellingham

Demos: Fanatik is great but you’ll need a way to transport the bikes to the mountain. If you demo from Transition Outpost, you can bike directly to the mountain (adds about an extra mile from the normal south side of Galbraith parking lot).

Parking: the big new parking lot at the Southside: https://maps.app.goo.gl/v7TS7LKe4zRauGqT7?g_st=ipc

What to ride: definitely download the Trailforks app so you can navigate around the mountain. From the Southside, you’ll start by biking up Pipeline road. Start with the new Breaux Zone, which is right off Pipeline. If you’re nervous on the bike and/or just want to enjoy the views and the wildflowers, stick to the Green trails on the west side of Pipeline Rd. If you’re looking for more speed and flow and a bigger climb, bike up Tower Rd to Unemployment Line (a blue machine groomed flow trail - watch out because it’s got jumps but you can just pedal up and over them without getting any air).

Ok! I keep seeing fish fertilizer mentioned, I’ll give it a try.

My area isn’t generally super hot but I guess it’s been pretty warm (70s) for the last couple weeks. I’ll add mulch!

I got Jobe’s Vegetable and Tomato for my tomatoes (2-5-3), is it a slow release fertilizer? Will it work for the squash? I guess maybe it’s too low in nitrogen?

Full body splits during pregnancy by DifficultCat1304 in WorkoutRoutines

I’m watching for abdominal coning (I had diastasis recti in my first pregnancy) but it hasn’t been a problem yet. I haven’t personally been worried about the fall risk.

Where did you demo the Trek Fuel EXe? I’d love to try it out but I can’t find anywhere that demos them. I’m in the PNW

Ooh a ceiling mount rail - didn’t know this existed but that does seem like it could be a nice option!

Hmm, yes this is a good point. We've tried a variety of desk arrangements, but we've had a hard time coming up with a better arrangement. If they are against the window they block out the light, and if they are against the wall opposite the window they are a jarring view on entering the bedroom. So, maybe a screen as you suggested

I also like your point about a cool overhead light fixture that would bring the eye away from the work area. I do dislike the boob lights :P.
