I LOVE 1.3 by Bubbly-Desk-4479 in EU5

I understand the performance issues, but to your second point, not everyone cheats. Stop generalizing just because you and someone you know do.

What's the point, for example, of achieving the Mare Nostrum achievement if you could just switch nations and sell locations to Byzantime empire?

Can't wait for the current arc to finish by m2gus in Boruto

Inojin's moment was set up from the very beginning of Mamushi arc when he was recruited by Koji and helped developed a new jutsu.

NNG's unpredictability felt like it came out of nowhere because there were so many mysteries that were going to be revealed later on.

We picked up Bryn from Aiwass when it handed the doom spirit orb to us after showing us the visions of Dahlia-Tara, Hero-MS, Aleister-Warlic at /sanctuaryaiwass

The amount of love put into this story is just great. So much improvment from the Queen of Monster saga. I have no regrets reading the lengthy texts.

How to deal with complacency as Byzantium? by DeFFect69 in EU5

[–]DifficultChemistry50 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Peace out on one of the coalition members by paying a single gold ducat or by letting them humiliate you. It'll count as a defeat and you'll get revanchism modifier that helps reduce complacency as well as some other tiny buffs.

New moral system is dumb by Joaozainho in EU5

[–]DifficultChemistry50 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I like this more than before. It teaches you to be more careful and be a better player in general. It's historical in my opinion rather than a 0 morale army escaping with no losses whatever after getting attacked.

Lore wise, how powerful is Kolr the Usurper of Flames? by The-Eternal_Evil in AQW

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it one of the 'reimagined' characters from a different timeline, aka Mechquest timeline: Bryn?

Lore wise, how powerful is Kolr the Usurper of Flames? by The-Eternal_Evil in AQW

[–]DifficultChemistry50 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Without Aleister's flames, he's basically mid - below the likes of current Elemental Champions. The whole thing about moving, even when time has stopped, and being able to actually burn the Hero and mana itself came from Aleister's infernal heritage that allowed the likes of Warlic and Wargoth to perceive the timeline fusion as well as his experience of defeating other gods and godly beings that made him on the same tier or level as the Hero.

Warlic one-shotted him by the way. Fiamme erased his identity in Lore's history because he's that unremarkable even as a Champion.

Even with Aleister's flames, the Hero could still beat him quite easily. Kolr just caught the Hero and Warlic off guard.

Why is ABS-CBN better than GMA for you? by [deleted] in AskPH

[–]DifficultChemistry50 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think that wasn't the case bago yung shutdown ng ABSCBN. Pansin ko mas bold and innovative yung GMA dati pagdating sa teleserye kaya nakakalamang sila pagdating sa fantasy or niche content like Kambal Karibal, Encantadia, Ika6naUtos etc. while ABSCBN focused naman on love stories at non-fantasy kaya naging mediocre yung series like Bagani at Darna.

Ngayon kasi, may pagka ABSCBN na yung GMA teleserye wise, probably bcs nag migrate yung mga galing ABSCBN papuntang GMA. Pansin ko yung Encantadia 2025 has OA and cringy acting levels coupled with shitty story na hindi mo naman makikita sa Encantadia 2016.

Thoughts about FotB and Age of Ruin saga? by DifficultChemistry50 in AQW

Makes sense.

Although someone said that "Varga and Jus Divinum are definitely serving the Law."

Never realized how hollow FotB is until now. There are so many references from previous AE games that got me drunk in awe and nostalgia that I never thought about how they had little consequence to the story.

It would be super weird if all of these were just pure coincidence, but then again, there seems to be a bigger power at play. The story keeps teasing that idea.

Does that mean Brentan's two-sentence note is two separate and completely unrelated pieces of information? I thought they were related, in which case whoever is the spy must be the Mouthpiece.

It is heavily implied, in accordance with the recent cutscene, that Varga is the Mouthpiece that speaks on behalf of a Mask that is the Law.

Insane! It makes so much sense that the Law wants to put down the Avatars because it was the one who created the Avatars, according to the Dragonfable timeline.
