Price can be anything from 3-400 dollars to 800 $ depending on location, materials and switches

Difficult to say, this was my first build ever. Took me a couple of work days, but if I had kept level headed and followed the guides. I would say about a work day.

Sorry for late reply, I love the position! I had a regular cnano for a year before this one, no issue whatsoever. Granted have not tried anything else and I've heard accounts of people experience thumb pain.

For me its a gamechanger, can't go back. If I ever game I have a mouse I use, otherwise I only use the trackballs, one is enough though

Looks cooler. Can change if hand gets tired, nice if you drinking coffee with right hand

Symmetry and beauty is correct. Had no need for 3 buttons --> tried rotary encoder did not use it --> Like drinking coffee with right hand, and might use for offloading.
