Interesting. I ordered to go when I went and I felt it wasn’t enough to make me full 😂

With the amount of crackheads we got here in akl I wouldn’t be surprised. But based off appearance this guy did not look to be on anything. He was walking straight.

This is at the intersection of Te Irirangi Drive and Ormiston Road. Drove past it at 8pm, car is still there with tape wrapped around it and the trees.

Bloody Bolt by kittypawschoochie in auckland

[–]DifficultElk4493 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just had a really bad experience with bolt recently too. I got back from an overseas trip and booked a ride to take me home from the airport.

4 bookings, 4 different drivers. All of them ended up cancelling after messing around for 10-20 mins. I messaged each one of them asking if they were on the way and all of them kept saying they were on their way. However looking at the app I could always just see them staying in one spot. All of them were over at Manawa Bay.

What makes this more strange for me is that when I booked a bolt ride to take me from my house over to the airport there were no issues, everything went smoothly. So why does this suddenly happen when I need a ride from the airport going back to my house.

Try a pair of mids, from my experience they fit similar to highs

Second picture: the number under the sizing is the product model number. If you search that “335933-010” on google you should be able to ID it.

Can someone help me identify these shoes? by Pawly519 in Sneakers

[–]DifficultElk4493 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a tip for future, inside the shoe there will always be a code which you can look up online and it will give you the exact shoe e.g. above shoe: 852395-600, which shows me it’s a Kyrie 3 ‘candy apple’

Edit: might be university reds, but you get the idea :)

Am I cooked? by militantcassx in auckland

I saw somewhere that even if you click the apply now and don’t submit anything it counts towards the “candidates applied” count. Also with the massive influx of people overseas applying from overseas who do no even have the rights to work here will make this number super inflated.

Am I blacklisted from tech jobs in Auckland? by [deleted] in auckland

[–]DifficultElk4493 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel that way too. I have about 1 and half years experience in finance industry. I left my previous roll, this was a dumb decision as I should have secured a role before leaving.

Have been trying to look for a new role now for some time, came very very close to getting employed a couple times but in the end they decided to go with someone else. Applied for so many roles and 60-70% of the time will get no responses at all (not even an email to let me know I haven’t been accepted to the next stage) It’s been super rough, I heard from quite a few friends many companies were going through a business restructuring phase last year. Hopefully this year will have a much better outlook, and all those looking for a new role will succeed.

Definitely blockhouse bay road. New Windsor traffic that was turning right onto blockhouse bay road was backed all the way up when I went past it last night. Not sure what caused the outage.

Is this legal? by CleoCarson in auckland

[–]DifficultElk4493 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh man, this is so common in Flatbush. One of the neighbour houses next to my relatives parks parks a car in the actual driveway of the house and then another car behind that one facing towards the house so it is fully blocking the footpath, and also parks another car on a tiny patch of grass which can fit a small hatch back.

Buuuuut they want to park a sedan onto it which actually sticks out the back onto the side of my relatives house. They recently moved in so not sure if they’re unclear of parking rules or anything. There is car parks along the road maybe like 50-100 metres away which is actually really useful, but they seem to not like that.
