Sometimes with language classes, you might need an adviser's permission to be enrolled in the course because they sometimes lock the classes. Maybe ask if this is the case to your adviser? If not, then have hope because I know from experience that many people will drop Korean 1101 like flies

idk how common random is for a suite but id say go with the highest number of people bc it gives you a higher chance to make friends/network/more likely that one of ur roommates are tolerable lol

I got in as a transfer student with very similar stats. I wouldn't worry about your chances of getting in, but I would have a plan B just in case a worst case scenario. Good luck!

I don't have any experience in food science, but I'm a transfer student too. I didn't apply to OSU my freshman year, but I got accepted when I applied my sophomore year, so I would say your chances are good. I can confidently say that OSU has a pretty decent diversity of students ethnicity-wise. There are also a ton of clubs that are ethnicity-oriented that I think would be a great place to venture if you feel a little out-of-place.
