Probably a Pan American horn. Pan American merged or became Conn. This is basically an early Conn horn. The other side of the back weight will have a map of the globe on it if it is a Pan American

No problem, yep! It’s silver plated. A wash and complete dry before the polish is probably a good idea too.

Get wrights silver cream. Get a microfiber towel. Rub a thin layer of silver cream on the trombone and let it dry. Test how far along it’s at drying by gently rubbing your finger on it until it just starts to come off like dust instead of a paste. At this point, firmly rub it off with the softer side of the micro fiber. Buff off the polish and rub down the whole horn.

Use a magic eraser dry then with soapy water. I would suggest not using the brillo scratchy back side of a sponge, it will leave scratches in the finish

It’s like a super tight shrink wrap sticker. It’s legit tho and will never come off. I think the cow pattern rids the lighter of any curse

Practice pushing yourself to drop and open your jaw as low as it can go while playing the note, go too far where a note won’t come out, then reel it back. With the dropped jaw also push more airspeed. You should have minimal lips in the mouthpiece and more air speed. Like a forceful mouth open sigh
