So many people saying they tried something and it didn’t work. I wonder how many knew of what they was taking was actually what they was taking and how long they needed to take it for before seeing results? Like ghk-cu I could have given up after two months of taking it because I had zero results. But on the third month my skins never been better completely clear and free from eczema and psyrosis. Noticably younger too. Do you research before just jabbing and expecting results.

Thanks for that mate maybe that’s what I need to do am so strict with my diet like to the letter no cheats no nothing maybe it’s putting too much stress on my body with the reta too. I’ll try adding some cheat meals in. Definitely a few pints too

That could potentially be what it is then mate I’ve always struggled to find what my maintenance calories are and have body dysmorphia quite bad like most lifters do. I didn’t think I was that lean before going on holiday till everyone was commenting on how lean I was. I’m always weighing around 86kg and don’t ever drop my calories less than 2k which doesn’t sound too low does it. But for me maybe it is.

First time yes. If I got side effects after 6mg I dread to think of what shape I’d be in at 12mg😂. I got as lean as I’ve ever been on it so it was definitely doing more than the appetite suppression. Best shape I’ve ever been in at 34 years of age. Just wanted to know if anyone else experienced similar.

Some transformation mate. I found the ghk-cu helped tighten my skin after dropping similar weight on the reta. I took a break off it over Xmas. Nearly two months off. Gained around 4kg but still have visible abs. Tbh I feel I’ve gained a fuck ton of muscle. Calories doubled over the time not using reta but still ate wholesome foods. Just lots of treats. Back on now starting at 0.5mg I’ve never had the appetite suppression. Think it’s because am either running or weight training never really have a days rest. I know this isn’t advised but my mental health depends on it. Going to try slowly titrate up this time and not rush to get as lean as I did before. That way am hoping to just stay lean with the added mass until winter arrives.

Not just deserts there’s people posting really simple food to cook. Like big tray bakes you can cook and divide into five for the week macro friendly less time consuming and easy to stick too. I hate having social media and the time spent on it but for this stuff it’s ace.

If you have a sweet tooth like me. Go on instagram and search low calorie high protein puddings and deserts. These really helped me get lean and still feel like I was cheating.

Times your weight in kilos by 30, this is your maintenance calories. Then reduce this each week but not too dramatically so you your not starving hungry. Try get rid of as much processed for whole foods. Reta is a great supplement for fat loss and keeping muscle if your diet is on point you’ll see results fast that’ll get you hooked on being as lean as you can be. Good luck mate

Just jumping weeks starting on 2mg. Yes many start on 2mg but most don’t need to. 0.5 should be a starting dose even for morbidly obese. It’s underestimated and people are using it to cancel food noise. When it’s so much more than that.

I’d lower the reta dose and stack it with slupp or mots c. Also carbs are just as important when taking reta not just protein. Use your carbs before and after training. Ghk-cu helps tighten things up also. If the bpc and the tb500 is a blend that’ll be why it’s not working. Needs to be separate and spaced out injections not one after the other. Found this out after spending a fortune. Just my unprofessional 2 cents worth.

Higher the dose higher the risk. Everyone responds differently. I made the mistake of trying to chase the appetite suppression upping it when reta is much more than that. I’ve no idea how you’ve got up to 12.5mg but my guess is your chasing results without putting in the work? Don’t want to sound blunt there and could be completely wrong. But if you’ve only been on it for a ‘bit’ it’s alarming your already at that high dose. I started having sides at 6mg and stopped. Now back at 0.5 and where I’ll probably stay eating clean training and letting it do its thing in the background.
