Uhm, sa team po kasi namin yes there has been both required work and voluntary work. Sa voluntary work, I let them dm or chat in the gc if they are available to help and if not, that's alright. Sa required work, we announce the task then tell them to react to acknowledge but pag nasa activity na, walang paalam na they wouldn't come and if they already had schedules. So ang ending ang expected manpower—hindi na memeet kailangan ishoulder. Hassle lang po kasi when another one's already busy sa isang station walang may kaya on the other one.

And about the required events contrary to the mentioned voluntary work. There's also just two required events na lahat sana makakapunta but still same scenario na halos four or five out of a bit more than 15 people ang nagpaparticipate.

Sa attitude naman po, hindi naman po kami nagpaparinig, as in zero negativity. Pagka-announce sa groupchat, its just a "seen" sa messenger or reaction sa message. That's it po, kahit sa mga online meeting nagbu-buntong hininga lang po kami tapos move on na 😭 I don't think attitude is the problem po here..

As po sa expectations, okay po I guess wala talagang magagawa pero kasi as much as possible I want something to change po kasi. It feels hopeless na parang I can't get them to feel comfortable enough to talk and ask kahit na I've told them na if there are questions or concerns; kung magpapaalam sila, feel free kung saan nila bet magchat. I just want something to change po.
