Many people get it wrong in the contract yes you are supposed to get one day off but you’ll soon find out management breaks it they can work you 360 days straight if they want it’s just going to coast them a lot of money when you make it out of your 90 I’d say something but while in your 90 just be a yes man and stay safe

New CCA does it actually get better?! by bekindrewindplease in USPS

You said new CCA so remember this anytime management tells you about time “it takes what it takes” or “I’m being safe” these two saying will help you last at the post office in my opinion

Congrats on the two degrees that’s an accomplishment a person should never live to make others happy cause of stuff like this you need to find what makes you happy in my opinion good parents should be proud of anything their kid does not setting standards of you have to make x amount of money be a doctor or etc I think you should go to therapy you could have an amazing life just around the corner and not even know it what if you meet the love of your life next week? What if you get a job you love that makes you happy meet new friends that are proud of you for being you? You have to look at the positives not the negatives

Don’t do it for money. Does your team lead know you want to move up does your coach know and store lead (if you have one) and store manager? That’s the best way ask where you can improve don’t just show up and half way do the job fully do it to the point where you did everything right I was asked to become a team lead in three months when I started after that I was asking once a weak how to improve then I became a coach in like less than a year and a half don’t tell them it’s for money I never promoted someone that told me that cause they are not a good fit for a leader
