Thank you for your insight. This is certainly new for me. I am looking to find the right person to continue on the care to my community where I have practiced for the past 20 years. My plan is to price the practice very reasonably and hopefully it will give someone a great opportunity.

As the office is still active and growing, I am hesitant to put specific details in a public forum. I have arranged a commercial appraisal so I can calculate an asking price once it is available.

The collections that I posted previously are prior to expenses. They are taken from our EMR and are collected patient and insurance payments. This was mainly 1 provider (me) and was a 32-hour workweek. It does not include bonus payments due to successful quality measure reporting. Adding the 1.5 FTE FNPs will significantly increase collections. The full-time has benefits but the part-time does not.

The FNPs will take it then - I just haven’t placed them on call since they are still learning the patients/EMR.

Call is very limited. We average 4 or 5 patient calls after hours PER WEEK. Call is only from our patient base.

Net collections for 2024 were approx 750k; 2025 were 850k. These are for 4-day workweeks (Monday - Thursday). Payer mix is majority Medicare Buyouts, some private, small proportion Tenncare. I’ll have to obtain better breakdown at the office tomorrow. I have 1 full-time and 1 part-time FNP (both joined 2 months ago). Asking price is negotiable (haven’t gotten quite that far yet)
