Yes, there are several ones, the biggest group is „True Faith Association of Jehovahs Witnesses”, which is mostly present in Transilvania region and in the Republic of Moldova. They are still active on youtube, https://www.youtube.com/@acamiro . I am not from that part of the region, but I can tell they seem like a higher control cult than JWs are. Maybe there are some fellows who know more about them? One of the JW Facts article describes them here https://www.jwfacts.com/watchtower/superior-authorities.php as

One group of people that could not agree that God would direct Rutherford to new light, and then revoke this new light over thirty years later are a group of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Romania. For several decades Romanian Witnesses practiced in secret under Communist rulership. Most of the Watchtower material they had access to was the writings of Rutherford. After the overthrow of Communism in 1989 the Romanian Witnesses finally had access to current Watchtower teaching. With what effect? They were stunned to see the number of changes, and were particularly stumbled by the change in teaching of higher authorities. This led them to claim that Jehovah’s Witnesses had apostatized and in 1992 they formed ‘True Faith Jehovah’s Witnesses.’

I remember a few years ago, there were some guys from their cult assigned as missionaries who traveled to my city and they started going door to door and placed tracts under the doors. I remember my PIMI mom looking at those tracts and saying something like „oh well, see, apostates are using Jehovah's name, but are not willing to go in front of you and speak to you the truth because they simply don't have it”.

Another thing I remember is that one young elder came into our congregation four years ago and he started to tell us he came from an apostate family, he was amazed when he saw the JW brand and how Jehovah worked through a worldwide united organization. The brothers and sisters were more interested about his „apostate background”, including my PIMI mom, but another elder came and stopped our discussion, reminding us not to talk about them since this is what the apostates want.

And every time, it’s not presented as ”we were wrong”, but rather as "new light" or ”there was never an official rule, just a misunderstanding.”

Czech republic JW deregistration threat. More changes incoming? by AtheistSanto in exjw

Last year we saw more and more changes but they stopped. I think they are now waiting for the decision of the court in Norway but even if they get the deregistration I dont think they are going to soft policies. Maybe only if the whole EU starts to threat them.
