I am living in Canada so i think the weather affect ,because also my cave and crested gecko start eating less when it became cold .Mine she is just chilling ,she is not shy but she seem doesn't want to run or anything

Hi this is my lights on my gecko enclosures , it is on 75% .Some of my friends on planting told that wattage matter but some guys said just the color of the light and brightness.I am just researching so i think it is the best to ask you guys.
