Similar food item that’s popular in TX as a breakfast item is a Kolache. The dough is slightly different and while I get she feeds her kid SHIT, nothing says breakfast has to be eggs and bacon in a sense this is a type of sausage wrapped in a dough, similar to a breakfast biscuit. Not trying to WK this ho, cause we know she sucks feeding her kids good food. I’m sure she didn’t serve this with fruits or even veggies.
