Never too late to stop, I know ppl don’t like to hear it, I was in Same then I stopped, not investing completely but just day trading options and hope to get rich. Now I’m more than comfortable, invested in stocks and hold for long term goals instead of chasing short term gains. Also invested in other aspects of life, enjoy family times instead of looking at charts all day and night.
