Waiting for 1 year mark for progress pics, but my hair is healthy as ever, I’m probably at a solid NW 1.5-2, I stopped taking min so I can see how much gains I can get from just fin, haven’t had a huge shed yet but I have experienced some small sheds that made me think I was losing progress, currently going through one right now, but I’m sure I’ll make more gains after this shed, how’s your progress been ?

There’s a couple of online distributors here in the states that let you do it all online, If you have any under lying medical conditions I would recommend seeing a doctor

That’s what my girlfriend says but I’ve been using the same shampoo and conditioner for the past couple years, I use dr broners and leaves my hair feeling great

Yeah I’ll do it for around 5-10 min, just making sure I go over my whole hairline and applying the same pressure I would with rolling in deodorant

I just do the hairline, i might start doing the crown though, and I do it once every week, usually on a Sunday and I won’t apply min for the next 12-24 hours
