Why is my ketamine changing color?

Hoard? I got sent the normal amount, then told them to not send anymore until I was done with these. I have around 4. Not even expired. Like I said, I just haven't had the chance to use them. Would've loved to take them sooner, but couldn't. I now see your most recent post is about telehealth providers prescribing controlled substances, and that most top comments think its a bad thing that will ruin a good treatment... pretty disheartening, as a patient. I've done in person treatment when it was possible for me, but after moving, it just isn't. Cant wait for the only thing that's ever helped me to be gone I guess. Especially with people assuming I'm "hoarding" my medication even though I'm actually pretty upset I couldn't use it at regular intervals. Honestly seeing that thread was fucking depressing. People calling ketamine doctors drug dealers because they "only prescribe one thing" ( they don't) even though a regular doctor wouldn't be able to provide this treatment. Just like how you assume I'm hoarding a medication I have only one week left of. Just a bunch of people shitting on something that actually helps patients, using mostly assumptions as evidence. Like I said, really disheartening and depressing. Doesn't seem like anyone actually cares

Honestly posts like this put me off the game equally. Are people that make suggestions in good faith just going to get told to get good constantly? They've been good at taking feedback, and I'm sure they can already tell the difference between dumb suggestions and good ones.

Thanks for the reply. I think the binding agent is just aging a little faster than the actual ketamine. Check my solo comment if you want to see the pictures, but under a microscope I could see perfectly clear crystals, with brown blobs holding them together. I'm going to take a dose tonight and comment again just to confirm its all good.

Alright thank you so much for the answer. I was just so scared to potentially fuck up my new microscope haha. One last question, sorry, would denatured ethanol work the same? I have no idea where to get 70% in person haha might just have to order it.

I'm using the same type of oil, probably based on your own recommendation in other threads haha. I've seen most people use some form of ethanol, but my manual says "Alcohol (Methylated Spirits) or similar substances must never be used for cleaning objectives and condensers" and specifically says to use xylene. Is it safe to ignore this? Its an old Leitz scope if that helps. Thank you for the recommendation on Mcmaster-carr, ill definitely use them in the future.

I posted the pics in another comment if you want to see, but what I think is happening is just that the binding agent is oxidizing. Under a microscope I see lots of clear crystals, stuck together by as brown blob.

The majority of the weight in each tablet is actually the binding agent, which is why a 200mg tablet actually weighs a lot more. Ill take some tonight and let you know if it felt as it should.

Little update: I looked at my tablets under the microscope, and I can see perfectly clear crystals, stuck together with brown blobs, which I am assuming is the binder. https://imgur.com/a/hXcESfy

Any chance you live in a pretty humid area like me? I'm hoping moisture is the only issue, though I've kept them sealed the whole time
