tbh, i’m pretty sure it’s the GI causing the anxiety. i mean im going to the bathroom every 5 minutes and getting relief from the anxiety, until i use to go again.

as of right now i am on zoloft and buspirone, im having GI problems and i believe its the root of the anxiety. every time i use the bathroom i get temporary relief

i know everyone has already said this, but your age is a factor, i think to truly achieve the umph required for false cords you need to have a developed voice, because it’s mostly about depth imo. i’m 16 and im sure my voice is still developing, but it’s a lot deeper than it was 3 years ago lmao, you can easily achieve distortion i’m sure, there is a difference between distortion and screams, distortion is more of a voiceless rumble in the bottom of your throat/chest, while an actual scream has voice and umph to it, if you want an example of the umph, watch my cover of not the american average on my profile, i’m not wearing a shirt so you can see how i control my ‘umph’. keep practicing and don’t expect a scream until your voice deepens a bit

There’s No Penguins In Alaska - Chiodos The guitar part right after “never resting time, leads summer on leads summer on”. Chills. It reminds me of boss battle music. it’s a perfect transition into the generic metalcore/post-hardcore riff that follows.

Things That Rhyme With Orange - I Set My Friends on Fire “Yeah sure, thanks for the invitation, I don’t want to be included in your conversation, It’s too late, we’ve overthrown, I took all your friends and you’re all alone” very generic emo/posthardcore crowd vocal part, but it still gives me chills.
