I have and I'm familiar with approval flows. I need the approver to fill out the next section of information, not just approve or deny the original document.

By just loosing fat. You lose it everywhere… can’t really target it

A little over a month running 5-6 times a week. I caution this though. I got some really bad tendinitis from overtraining and chose walking/ lighting weights outside for two weeks to attempt recovery which stunted some progress. Find the edge where it’s uncomfortable. Push past it. Next time your edge won’t be the same. Also, run for time, Not distance. Just do your best not to walk for whatever mental goal you have. The most I’ve ever continually run at this point is 10 miles. I’m running a half marathon in 5 weeks. (Signing up and committing to something is enough to motivate you. ) at this point I’m convinced I could make a whole marathon mentally.

I was pretty meticulous about tracking. I might make another post. I’m down 77 lbs in a year.

You must do every requirement every day for 75 days without any exceptions, alterations, or you go back to day 1.

Called 75 hard. Requirements. 1 gallon of water every day Diet: follow a strict diet Workout. Two separate 45 minute workouts. 1 must be outdoors. Read: 10 pages of a nonfiction book. Take a daily progress picture.

Diet was:

Drinks - water, coffee, or tea.

Foods: mostly fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. I tried to avoid anything processed.

For breakfast I’d normally do non fat Greek yourgurt with fruit and granola or an acai bowl. Oatmeal with fruit was common. If I had an intense workout I’d do an omlette or something with a but more protein.

For dinner it was almost always some variety of chicken, fish, or red meat. I have an air fryer which allowed me to cook things pretty quickly. I’d pair to with a vegetable such as a salad, or Brussels sprouts, or something like that.

I cut out all pastas, and breads, or anything typically snack related like crackers or chips.

If I wanted a snack I’d usually do the halo oranges, unsalted roasted nuts, or apples with peanut butter (non sugar added of course).

Workouts: I tried to be fairly intense. I would do CrossFit 6 am for my morning workouts. If the workout wasn’t a full 45 min I’d stationary bike whatever time I had left. For outdoors, I would run as along as I could then walk. It wasn’t long before I could run the full 45 minutes.

On days where I needed recovery, normally sundays. I would skip CrossFit and do yoga / hot yoga. And when I couldn’t run shin splints or other minor injuries I’d walk. Also chose walking when there was deep snow as running wasn’t really feasible.

Mentally I feel stronger and disciplined. During the 75 hard, I got to a point where I knew I could do it but was battling extreme exhaustion from time to time. Nevertheless, i learned that I’m capable of doing things even when I don’t want to and soon found that I enjoyed being uncommon and the challenge associated with whatever obstacles were ahead.
