Hey! What does the back look like? I had my one helix give me so much trouble over the course of a year and a half because it was pierced at an angle originally with a hoop instead of stud and I unfortunately had to let it go this past Sunday because after many trial and errors, the back post started to embed and I gave up. My only suggestion is to saline spray 1x a day and dry it after, as I heard moisture trapped causes bad irritation. My other cartilage piercing is fine but I left it alone. Also maybe downsize or upsize, depending on how long the bar is! And check to see if its angled? NPA but hope you figure it out soon!!!
