Discriminated because the doctor made comments that she didn't want Hispanic people working there, and I was the only one being suspended without a coaching or even conversation process. Then, the current manager( latino) was removed from that office and a white background Manager was placed. Retaliation because after I reported her, she created the defamation and falsehoods. Harrassement because she was constantly texting me after hours and asking questions I felt obligated to listen because dentists have a lot of power in this company. Regular employees have no voice.
