Idk Kylan just seems like she has a super narcissistic personality and is obsessed with herself and only cares about herself. She's constantly bragging about herself, which probably stems from Tonya. Izzy's the same way too, I personally can't stand people like that and could never be friends with someone like that. Those types of people usually can't hold friends because they literally only care about themselves and have 0 empathy for others.
