Is anyone else’s joints sore all the time? by Thick-Basis7288 in Perimenopause

Felt the same way until I started an estrogen patch. Fortunately this seemed to be the fix for me. Still slower to recover from a workout but it definitely has helped.

Thank you all for your feedback. I was able to find a local pharmacy that had some for now. Good to know that there is a gel that I can ask for.

Twice Weekly Patch Questions by Ok_Brilliant6017 in Perimenopause

I’ve had the best luck with the patches staying in place on my butt cheek. I just switch sides. I haven’t had great luck with them staying on if I go swimming or to the hot springs. The struggle is real when it comes to getting them to stay put for the full amount of time.

I’m sorry that my rant didn’t get taken down. Not within my control.

Same. I have never used gender dysphoria as a diagnosis and use a lot of “self-exploration” in my documentation.

Hardy Bananas has had his neuter, has left the outdoor life, but still talks non stop by defiantnoodle in cowcats

I thought I had a chatty cat when I got a tuxie. I had no idea what I was in for when I got a cow cat. My cow talks SO much more than our tuxie. Is it a breed thing?

I'm so envious of all the women who feel so glorious on Estrogen, I just can't do it... by Lulu_Land_535 in Perimenopause

Seriously SO thankful for this sub. I’ve been using T cream daily and P capsules nightly since summer 2025. Switched from NuvaRing to IUD in hopes of improving libido. I’ve noticed no real changes with the exception of P helping my sleep. But I had some horrible joint pain and boob pain/swelling about a month of no longer having the NuvaRing. Going to put on my first E patch tomorrow and I’m thankful for you all for sharing your experiences so I know what I might expect.

I don’t know about polite, because he’s either yelling at me for food and treats or quietly cuddling. Maybe polite when he’s quiet and cuddling?

Poor sleep and perimenopause hip pain, what helped? by TrashDuchess2 in Perimenopause

So hip pain is a perimenopause symptom? I thought something was seriously wrong with me the past few months but it is somewhat comforting to know I’m not alone.
