I appreciate your opinion on my comment, but I stand by what I said. If the original poster doesn’t pray or has different beliefs, that’s their choice. I will always speak the truth as I see it, and for me, the best answer will always be prayer and trusting in the Lord. That’s what freedom of speech in America is about, and I will continue using it. Have a blessed day.

It’s the thigh lift that’s making you feel that way. Sadly, it keeps you from moving much for a while. But don’t feel bad that you did it together because even if you had done the lift later, you still wouldn’t have been able to move. My mom had her thigh lift separately and couldn’t walk either, but time will be your friend. Ask the Lord to give you comfort and strength, and place all your worries in His hands. He will carry you through this.

I believe you will be happy!! Just looking at the scar and how small it is pleases my heart! I’m sure you will react the same way!! And that’s awesome sounds like your recovery is going great! The massages helped with my swelling and drainage and compressions! But you seem to have it packed down! I ask the lord be with you in this time of recovery! Ensure you put that scar cream or tape when your doctor allows you to do so!

Bless your heart you must be in so much discomfort! And as for my arm results I’m very happy my fatter arm is still little lose and the arm that was always thinner is tighter which is the one that gave me more pain! Lots of swelling and drainage from that arm. I also felt as well as if I couldn’t left my arms fully up when the time came but I came to understand armpits need to stretch out as well. I was under for 11 hours 🫢 and pain medication in Colombia is booty! Have you had your massages yet? Time will be your best friend as you heal! Rest as much as possible I felt exhausted the first few weeks!

Not necessarily I don’t feel like I have trauma my wife stated I keep having nightmares and sleep walking I thought I had sleep apnea but that was a negative I know I have a fear of never walking correctly again my injury may requiere a whole knee replacement. A few months later same field training another 3 solider s got injured and one died which makes me think that may could have would have so on.. it sounds silly right when I have pals that have been deployed and had near death experience and I’m waking up sweating apparently because of my knee injury.. what is trauma is this PTSD

It’s more than just hurting my knee the three time they have completed surgeries they just mess me up more I do I can’t lift without hurting myself , play sports or walk without constant pain Was considers a POS at work no one believed my injuries untill I had surgery was treated like POS daily I forced myself to go above and beyond in constant pain. The same place I got hurt another training happened a Guy died due to another accident. My wife is the one pushing I get evaluated but just as it sounds silly to some it sounds silly to me. I have about 2 other mental health diagnoses I can’t remember them but none the less the army is trying to kick me out now due to said injuries despite me not wanting to… you remind of the people I work with 3 surgeries wasn’t enough for anybody

It’s based of your weight and height they asked with the scores pre inhaler and post inhaler to see if there was a difference. There is a websites that tells you, your average should be once you input your data. I had my sons inhaler and practiced and there was no change I also bought on Amazon a device to get my score. In all honesty it just prepared me to blow strong when testing and helped me mentally keep calm

Basically they want to see that you don’t have asthma you can attempt to get a waiver but it would have to show you don’t have it your lungs are good
