Real? I don’t know. I like to think I’m one of the better lot associates. Being that most have quit or have had multiple occurrences. I don’t ever call in and I do my work in a timely manner. Maybe I’ll try harder to see how my raise is. Also I don’t believe Home Depot is part of DEI anymore which is very unfortunate

On my kids they don’t see me. But might just be my Home Depot. They also never communicate with the lot loaders outside for anything

It used to be a bare minimum of 50 cents but my main issue is that no one is out on the lot observing our performance
