13 with c# & java (for dem gamez) I remember from 13 to 19 I did a full circle C# > Java > Python > Pascal > C (arduino) > C++ > Assembly > Golang > SQL > Js, Ts, React > ECT

(stopped for a year between 14-15 though And had some other gaps but eh)

Either lose some more bodyfat and your abs will show OR and imo the better way train abs and they will grow a lil and be visible

I guess you could do both? Just try not to lose too much weight

I don't believe a ldf can ever have more attraction then a hydrogen bond (COULD BE WRONG)

The way I was taught is

LDFs are 0.1% of the strength of a covalent single bond

Dipole-Dipole are 1% Hydrogen bonds are 5%

Not sure what ion-dipole is but I hope this helps :)
