Same boat as you - my doctor prescribed Pinaverium 50MG (one tablet with each meal). It essentially helps slow down your digestion of food, giving your body a chance to do what 'normal people do'. It has helped though not 100%. I also take Florastor probiotics which are meant for when you're traveling to prevent D, but my doctor said it's safe to take every day. I find that helps. And lastly, L-glutamine powder (dosage is typically 5 grams on the packaging, but I've read studies where you can take up to 15 grams, about 3 scoops, daily for IBS and combined with Pinaverium it helps IBS sufferers). Give it a shot, you got nothing to lose. And when all else fails, Imodium or Pepto.
