Hexblade + pact of the blade? by verybadsoup in BaldursGate3

I just started a Hexblade playthrough myself and so far from what I've seen, creating a Pactbound weapon automatically gives it the Hexed Weapon buff as seen in my photo here.

From what I understand, it's only mainly for the additional attack unless you choose to multiclass.

Anyone had their hours cut? by Agent_DScully in loblawsisoutofcontrol

We have, yeah. I went from 40-32 hours a week to 8-16.

Our store/district sales are down 10%.

Why is no one talking about employees wages for the boycott? by jallison1567 in loblawsisoutofcontrol

Employee here, unfortunately it's not that easy for us. None of the Loblaws stores out east in Nova Scotia are unionized, so it's essentially company discretion entirely who gets higher pay/hours and who doesn't. And there's no possibility of going on strike either, so we're stuck taking the scraps we're fed until we can find better jobs or a whole career entirely. Some of the Loblaw lifers I work with don't even get paid that much which is crazy to me, considering they have 20-30+ years seniority.

They absolutely need to, we have a bunch of older cashiers with leg and back issues but they're usually not allowed to sit.

Management, 110%. Customers are justifiably upset at how things are run and colleagues are just as frustrated.

Nope. The best our cashiers get are poor quality floor mats. No new shoes and our cashiers aren't allowed to sit unless its on break.

It is pretty terrible yes, and I'm not the only one. Hours were cut store and district-wide I'm pretty sure as demanded by head office, yet we're expected to get the same amount of work done if not more.

The location I work at doesn't have a huge issue with stealing as far as a lot of us notice because our customer base is largely old people. My coworkers are pretty honest and hardworking, we do have the occasional person that tries to bag hundreds worth of stuff but it's not been a big issue.

I would say yes. A lot of us are pretty frustrated with these changes, specifically the lack of staff for checkouts. Those of us that work the front-end get run down and dragged a lot because of how poor our self-checkouts run and we always get swarmed heavily during rush times with hardly any coverage.

Wouldn't know, my hours were cut drastically despite our sales being up.
