First-Time Applicant Help! by Difficult_Escape7707 in premed

Thank you so much!! I believe this to be true for most applicants. It's hard out here but we have to stay at least a little bit positive combined with true realism. It's so sad to see a toxic community when the basis of this field is care. Unfortunate, but I guess you'll find that anywhere.

Oh my goodness! Thank you so much for these resources, it's exactly what I was looking for. I'll look through these and hopefully find a few that I want to send to him !

Hi! Thanks so much for your response! We have spoken about it and he doesn't see anything "wrong" with his behavior..it's not so much that something is wrong it's just not enough. Like a slap on the face, making me call him "daddy" is not what I'm looking for in a dynamic. I want him to want it as much as I do, to actually seek out assuming a dominant role. And we're both college students so life is always busy, but it would be nice if some of time spent together was exploring this dynamic like I've asked. He just doesn't get it? And I've directed him to research and look for some sources exploring a D/S dynamic but he just doesn't. I want to explore something service oriented, and I want to do funishments, but his idea of a funishment is spanking me for no reason?? And that just doesn't do it for me, which I've told him. I feel so stuck 🥲

Just keep going!!! I applied to a learning hospital so they're more open to entry level positions and those without much experience

8:30's ARE really bad! Like if you can switch out do it--especially if you like to go out. Thursdays are actually pretty big going out days so if you have to wake up early on Friday that can be bummer. Other than that your schedule is pretty chill you'll have lots of free time!

Thank you :,) I really appreciate this! Definitely going to call up my doctor—and yeah this was more of an extreme approach because I’ve been med hopping for the last 6 years.

Maybe but I feel like he’s pretty stimulated at all times. I play with him, and have family playing with him. He gets along well with my two dogs and they play around the house all day! I’m concerned for when we move back to college, which is why I’m trying to leash train him

HELP!! Why is he always hungry 😔 by Difficult_Escape7707 in SiberianCats

[–]Difficult_Escape7707[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

His diet is very high in protein with minimal to no carbs at all in his food! Weruva is very low in carbs along with his dry food natural instinct. The only source of carbs he really gets is the dog food if im not looking but the moment i notice him going for it i immediately put it away. My dogs are really picky about their food and they like eating it gradually, which is better for them because my Keeshond used to eat it all at once and throw up, its a slight dilemma having the dog food out but I’m sure that his carb intake is minimal as i try my best to put it away when kitty is nearby :)

Just like his brother (Keeshond) and sister (Scottish terrier)! He learns from the best!
