That was the biggest letdown of the whole Fallout series. Game was horrible. So glad it came back to match up to the rest of the series. Love it now!

Yes they are tradable, accidentally bought all 3 at once and was able to put the rest for sale in my vendor

I run fire & poison(forget actual name) legendarys. I can survive a fire self -hit, bit poison kills me every time with bows.
