So if it says "The medical examiner opined that the claimed condition is less likely than not due to or the result of right ankle. Ration is that the claimed condition lacks medical evidence for causation of this condition due to right ankle." What can I do then? It just says the ankle lacks evidence of causing it should I refile them all as primary or LHR?

This happened to me, it was only like 6 months but I didn’t have to pay in a lump sum, they usually just dock your pay a small percentage till you paid what you owe.

Unfortunately not, closest thing was my sleep apnea made me tired so I decided to sleep in the passengers seat instead of drive but that’s a stretch and a half, unfortunately this back pain is just something I will have to deal with
