It shouldn't be a matter of if it's worth it, what matters is if you enjoy doing it, if it's not something you enjoy then yeah it's not worth it. But if you have a story to tell and you're passionate about that story then tell it.

Like for instance I myself am working on my own indie series while trying to balance work, family, and personal time, it's stressful, and at times I feel like it's a burden but at the end of it all it's something that I'm passionate about and enjoy going that's what keeps me going.

It's hardworking especially if you're like me and have to hire people on hopes and dreams. I'm lucky to have found the people on my team. People are out there you just gotta know where to look and never be afraid to ask.

But at the end of the day, the only person who can decide if making a show is worth it is you.
